Ballroom Dance Lessons

About Ballroom Dance instructor Lolita Abille

Lolita has been dancing since she was at the age of 7yrs of Tap and Ballet in California and Hawaii.  She has 5yrs experience training in Ballroom dancing. She took her training to be a dance instructor in Tacoma Dance School of Ballroom in  Washington. She later worked and trained to be a dance instructor with owner Matt Jensen out of his  Soundview Ballroom.

Year 2005, Lolita decided to advance herself and move on to take a step to travel to Ohio to work and trained with a 5 times champion Darleen Kuelling.

Two years later she started to learn International Standard and Latin at Impulse Ballroom in Seattle.  Kora Uczekaj and Simeon Stynov are ranked 3rd  in the United States in ten dance.

Lolita also got her training with Monique, International DanceSport in Seattle. She is training to be a Certified Ballroom Dance Instructor.

2007 she flew to Charisma Ballroom in Las Vegas, to be trained and help coached new students. During that year she has also  traveled to Hawaii and help coached and taught her community in Hawaii where she had grew up.

She also got her training in Never Enough Ballroom in Reno. As she danced and worked on the floor, through her  amazement she met Mikel Feilen owner/manager as he talked about her dancing he then  thought for sure she lived around the area and wanted to hire her to work and teach some classes.

She was involved and initiating a ballroom dance program at King's West High private school that led to classes of 150 participating students. She is also working with Juniors ages 8 – 16 yrs of age, in the Bremerton school district.

Lolita  enjoys dancing and loves working with people.  If you don’t see her dancing, She loves to travel and visit different ballrooms you might see her in another state who happens to be your dance instructor.  She works in her studio where she continuously has room for private and group classes in Bremerton.
